Last October, Pooja celebrated Navratri wearing a dress by Pretty Agarwal. She tied her hair back in an updo and wore accessories by Menerali. I am on the fence about this look because although I didn’t like the stiff cloth of the dress or the chunky jhoomkis, I liked the design pattern in the middle and on the sleeves. She looked fine. What do you think?
Shriya Pilgaonkar attended a brunch wearing a dress by Madison, and shoes by Audrey Brooke. She finished the look with a sleek ponytail, and red lips. The shoes look like they are a size bigger. But, Shriya looked chic, and I liked the dress because of the color and how well it fits on her; the red lips enhance the look even more.
This Vogue photoshoot — a “friendship special” from August 2016 — features Radhika Apte and Sayani Gupta. You can really see their friendship shining through in this fierce and trendy photoshoot. Despite the clashing of busy prints, they both stand out not only because of the great styling, but also because of the amazing chemistry between them. The two ladies sure had fun while shooting. All the clicks are so amazing, I can’t decide which one is my favourite. But if you ask me to pick one, I will choose the one where Sayani and Radhika are wearing velvet suits.Check out more on Vogue.
Sonali was interviewed and photographed by Verve magazine as a part of the interview series ‘spirited in the arts’ that features women achievers. Sonali wore a knee length green dress which looked very similar to the Dior dress Amruta wore for One Way Ticket promotions here: https://redcarpetmaison.wordpress.com/2017/05/15/amruta-in-dior/. In my opinion Sonali definitely looked better because of the better fit and better hair, makeup.
Priya wore a saree designed and styled by Shweta Bapat. She finished the look with hair tied back, bindi, and necklaces by ZeroKaat & InstaGladUCame. I liked the overall look, but she could have ditched the choker necklace because of the turtleneck blouse.
Mrunmayee was photographed on the sets of Comedy Chi Bullet Train. She picked an orange saree with a floral long sleeves blouse from Shraddha Ojha Label. Accessories by Lassinvogue and bright lips rounded out her look. Although i didn’t like the saree much as it looks very generic rather than a designer piece, Mrunmayee looked nice.
Sai continued YZ promotions wearing separates from Myoho. She finished the look with ghungroo kolhapuris from Tijori and ear-rings from Aldo. I am not a big fan of the dress, neither the high low hem, nor the neck. The makeup also looked little off, the foundation looked ashy and i wish she had picked a brighter lip color.
